Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Niger Delta Affairs, Chief Joe Inyambe Moffi, has congratulated Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, over his victory at the just concluded gubernatorial elections in the state.
Chief Moffi, in a statement made available to Boki Blog, said a lot of trust and confidence has been bestowed upon Otu's mandate and he's confident he wouldn't disappoint Cross Riverians.

As you prepare to take up the responsibilities and challenges of your high office, Please accept my warm congratulations on your victory and my best wishes.
This victory is an indicator of good thing for the people of Cross River State.
Your Excellency, As you embark upon your new responsibilities, I wish to assure you of my utmost support and cooperation towards elevating our state to a higher level.
