Sen. Owan Enoh wins polling unit for Tinubu as APC clears all National Assembly seats in Cross River Central

As the Independent Electoral Commission continues to collate results from Polling units, wards and local governments, TDN can confirm that a close associate of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate and the 2019 Governorship candidate of the party, Sen. John Owan Enoh has not just won his unit , ward and LGA for the Presidential candidate but all the 3 Federal seats in his Central Senatorial district as well as the senatorial seat have been won by the APC.The Governorship candidate of the rival PDP not only comes from the Central Senatorial district but from the same LGA with Sen Owan Enoh.This unarguably is the result of his goodwill and hard work.

Owan Enoh who was also a gubernatorial aspirant of the party in Cross River state and only dropped his quest at the intervention of the Jagaban himself had thereafter swung into  action making available to the party his huge political goodwill and a functional and  robust political structure, especially in his Senatorial district,for the benefit of his principal , Asiwaju,and the generality of the APC.

The APC cleared all the National  Assembly seats in his Senatorial district  with Rt. Hon Mike Etaba of Obubra/Etung coasting to victory and Rt Hon Alex Egbona of Abi/Yakurr federal constituency securing a land slide victory. Sir Victor Abang of the APC secured the seat for Boki/Ikom Federal constituency.Rt Hon Eteng Williams of the APC has an unassailable lead for the Senate seat of the Central .

Recall that the All Progressives Congress Presidential candidate Sen. Bola Tinubu had in a town hall meeting held in Calabar pleaded with sen. Enoh to drop his lawsuit against the party's gubernatorial candidate, Sen. Bassey Otu and rather work to unite and work towards the party's victory at the polls.
