CRSPHCDA DG, WHO Setup Nineteen Covid-19 Stands Across The 18 LGAs In Cross River

The cross river state primary health care development agency under the amiable leadership of Deaconess Mrs Abasioffiong Offiong through the support of the World Health Organization (WHO) has setup over nineteen (19) Covid-19 stands across the 18 LGAs of the state to ease both testing and vaccination.

Speaking on this development, the director general of the agency Mrs Abasioffiong Offiong stated that the reason behind this idea is to bring Covid-19 testing and vaccination to the door steps of cross riverians and in fulfillment of the promise of Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade to bring very important health care services to our doorsteps.

"I'll wish to thank the World Health Organization for the support in helping us setup about nineteen Covid-19 stands across the 18LGAs of the State. This has helped us fulfill the promise we made to cross riverians to bring health care services to their doorsteps and this idea will ease the Covid-19 testing and vaccination exercise.

We'll continue to provide every necessary health care services to cross riverians and let me use this opportunity to thank the leadership of WHO for their support and to other partners, we appreciate your efforts and support towards the growth and development of our health care services to our people. We'll continue to do more as the administration of Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade has continued to prioritize the health of cross riverians and that we'll not jeopardize." The DG added.

Cross River State still remains one of the best states in terms of the Covid-19 vaccination exercise due to the efforts and hard work of the agency and the vaccination team.
