Candidate of the All Progressives Congres, APC Hon. Victor Abang popularly known as 'Mature' has emerged as the winner of Saturday’s House of Representatives election to represent the People of Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency.
Abang polled 23158 to defeat close rival Barr. Attah Ochinke of the PDP who scored 22745 amd the LP candidate who polled 7095.
