CRSPHCDA DG Concludes Employment Interview In The Northern Senatorial District

 

In line with the ongoing CRSPHCDA job placement interview exercise for all eligible candidates, Deaconess Mrs. Abasioffiong Offiong, the Director General of the Cross River State Primary Health Care Development Agency has over the last 48hrs engaged with applicants in the Northern Senatorial District of Cross River State at the ongoing recruitment exercise into the State Primary Health Care Development Agency.

The DG who ensured that the interview panel is made up of the required representatives reassured the candidates/applicants of a smooth and transparent process stating that successful candidates will be given the job on merit as to why there is meticulousness in the entire interview/selection process.

With a panel of 9, the process has been fast, transparent and less of stress as pregnant women, nursing mothers amongst others were given urgent attention to avoid any challenges.

So far the applicants has expressed satisfaction in the process stating that the methods and ideas applied by the DG and her team has helped in making the entire process easy and less stressful for them.

The DG and her team concluded the exercise in the Northern Senatorial District in less than two days and had so far moved as a team to attend to candidates of the Central Senatorial District before rounding up with the South and then a 2days MOP-UP exercise to ensure no one is left out of this exercise.

Highlights of the exercise is a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Ogoja LGA, formal meeting of the DG with the Local government Inspection Officers [LIO], Disease Surveillance and Nutrition Officers [DSNO], amongst other unit heads.
