A Federal High Court sitting in Calabar and presided over by Hon. Justice I.L. Ojukwu, has ordered the People's Democratic Party(PDP) to reconduct a fresh primaries for Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency of Cross River State.
The Judge ruled in a suit instituted by Hon Abang Pius Besong, as the court nullified the process, describing it to be marred with irregularities thereby calling for a rerun of the primaries.
Recall that, Barr Attah Ochinke emerged an embattled winner of the party's primaries conducted in April this year but Hon Abang raised an alarm of flubs associated with the process before seeking redress in a competent court of jurisdiction
Indeed! the hope of a common man can be found in the temple of justice and every competent court of jurisdiction, the court has once again stood by it.
