Hillary Bisong's Abysmal Representation of Boki Constituency 2; Once bitten, Twice Shy

Since 2015, Hilary Bisong has been the Member representing Boki 11 after he left office as S.A Students' Affairs to Sen. Liyel Imoke. For someone who prides himself as the youngest person to dare the stiffness and break into the Boki political, elitist class even though we know whose reputation he rides on to get favours, his entrance has only conspicuously shown his character deficiency and poor leadership acumen.

He says he has the highest number of bills and motions in C'River House of Assembly but this is just hogwash to the people because, unless these bills and motions are implemented, they're simply noise on paper. If he wasn't coming out for a third term bid after Ayade instructed him not to contest the Federal House ticket, he surely wouldn't have celebrated Boki New Yam festival with the people of Boki-2, the first in 7 years as a Legislator. He also wouldn't have remembered to give mattresses to a health centre after over 7 years of his abysmal representation and certainly, he still wouldn't have step foot in Boki-2 If General Iron and other rogues who terrorised Boki-2 under his watch and silence were still alive and around.

Until now, Hilary Bisong is not in any WhatsApp platform of the Boki people including the ones that contains reputable persons that are far more established in life. Like a sting of bee, immediately he is added to any group that bears "Boki", he exists unless it's a group meant to praise him. There's nothing special about him being a young person in Power else, people would have seen a legion of reasonable Boki youths using their resources, Time and energy to champion his ambition of becoming Speaker regardless of party affiliation. He wouldn't need a truck full of Security men to move around his own Constituency if he was truly confident of his performance. 

Truth is, the people have since lost confidence in Hilary and We know we deserve better. The Air is polluted, there's nothing Fresh about it.
