Mr Kelvin Njong is Boki Chapter Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC

I am particularly pleased and honoured to be at your midst today in this epoch-making occasion of the election of the Chapter Chairman and members of EXCO of our great party, the APC in our local government area.

Let me first of all thank the Almighty God whose grace has made it possible for us to gather here today.
Let me also thank and appreciate very specially our indefatigable and visionary Digital Governor, Sen.(Prof.) Sir Ben. Ayade, the leader of our great party not only in our State, but in the whole South-South Region whose instigated earthquake, galvanized and transformed a once PDP controlled State into APC Ruling and Dominant State, thus changing the political history of our State for good.

Let me assure you all that our priority is to work to unify all our members towards actualising our collective goal of winning all subsequent elections and entrench our party as the dominant party in our Local Government and the state in general.
Let me appeal to all of us that in all human interactions, especially in contest, there must be compromise in the spirit of give and take, bearing in mind that everybody cannot win at same time, there must be a winner or a losser.

Let us therefore, look at the greater picture and collaboratively to win elections and control the structures of power and control Government both in our Local Government and State level so that more largess will be available to take care of those who may not have favoured now.

Once again, I thank you all for the mandate and the confidence reposed in me to serve and pledge to work hard to actualise the collective aspiration of our party.
