The wife of the Executive Chairman of Boki Local Government Area, Mrs. Rufina John Ewa, on Monday visited Abija Community in Beebo/Bumaji Ward of the Council area to mark the 2021 International Women's Day celebration.
This is in line with the commitment of her husband the Local Government Chairman, Hon. (Pst) John Ewa, to reshaped and reconstruct the General well-being of the Boki people for the better.
It was in this regards, the Boki LG first Lady during her visit, reached out to the family that gave birth to a new set of triplets with goodies and also distributed relief items, wrappers and other materials to women across the Ward.

Mrs. Ewa encouraged women as well as villagers to stand and never loss hope assuring them of brighter and better days ahead. She also, made a condolence visit to the Wife and Family of the Late clan head of Beebo Clan, HRM Oninka.
Alongside Mrs. Rufina John Ewa was Mrs. Rose Ikobi the Director of Health and Mrs. Edith Ikobi the protocol to the leader of legislature.
In response, the director of health, Mrs. Rose Ikobi solicited for a health center to be biult in the community as this will reduce the rate of Child Mortality in the local government area.
It was indeed an amazing day for the Beebo/Bumaji Ward being the first Ward to host the First lady of the Council in an auspicious International Women's Day celebration as they appreciated her kind gesture praying for all round abundance.
