The Secretary to the State Government of Cross River State. Barr. Tina Banku Agbor, has received in honour an Award of Excellence as the 'Mother of Central Cross River State, today; Wednesday September 2nd 2020.
Presenting the award on behalf of Voice of Central Cross River State was the Director General, Mr. Victor Bassey.
According to him, “Barrister Tina Banku has tremendously played a dynamic role in mentoring, empowering and constant pursuits of projects that is focus with the development of youths in Cross River State.”
He averred that, “Her mothering ability is worthy of note, stating that, among all the names of great personalities nominated, “she was unanimously chosen due to her consistent impacts on humanity.
“As a way of expressing our gratitude for her proactive participation on young people across the State, we are honouring you our prolific mother, as the Mother of Central, Cross River State”, The DG, said.
Acknowledging the honour, The SSG, thanked the team for their concession and honour towards her proactive stride in advancing the State. The SSG described the honour bestowed on her has an encouragement to explore more.
Speaking further, she dedicated the award of honour to the youth friendly Governor His Excellency, Benedict Ayade for empowering young people across the state and ensuring youths inclusiveness in his administration.
