Heads Up, As Esta Richards Lines Up for DC-DE 2020

Young Nigerians have Become aware and with so much expectation for the first virtual Dance Convention In Africa, DC – DE 2020 Event.

The Dance Convention, Dance Education (DC – DE) which is an initiative of Ice Production Company, will feature Calabar-based danceentrepreneur and Lifestyle fitness coach, Esta Richards alongside Nigeria's Finest, notable and outstanding Buisness Experts; Jim Tewe, Joyce Daniels, Arese Ugwu “Smart Money”, Segun Lawal amongst Others.

DC — DE Initiative is focused on bridging the gap in the African Dance community through Dance Education and Training. A yearly training focused on providing stability and sustainability for dancers and also exposing them to relevant information and life skills required for their overall well-being.

The main objective of the DC-DE is to equip Nigerian dancers by teaching, training, empowering and preparing the dancers with the necessary tools that will enable them thrive in this frighteningly fast-changing world. 

Esta Richards, also known as StaRichards is a Creative entrepreneur and Lifestyle Fitness coach and Consultant with over 5years of leadership and management experience in the Health and Fitness industry and over 16 years in the creative space.

Esta is the founder of AINESIS, A platform that focuses on Dancers health, contributing to the future of dance ; the dancer and the global dance community.

She is passionately committed to improving the quality of life for young creatives as well as bridging the gap in the health sector in Nigeria.

She recently took keen interest in the wellbeing of creatives and is focused on helping them be the best version of themselves and lead healthy lives.

Esta holds a degree in Environmental Protection and Resource Management and is currently pursuing the OPEX Coaching Certificate Program (CCP), a high valued international fitness coaching education and certification program in Scottsdale, USA. She is a renowned change advocate in the dance industry, passionate about creating awareness for dancers health and lifestyle.
