The 2020 Iso-bendeghe Unity Cup Tournament has commenced on Wednesday, July 15th 2020 at Iso-bendeghe in Boki Local Government area of Cross River State.
The competition which is aimed at fostering peace in their Communities was first hosted in 2019 which had a major effect in building the peaceful coexistence of youths and other members of the community. Hence, this year's competition is mainly to unite the Community more and encourage youths to embrace a long lasting peace and love for one another.
The Tournament kicked-off on Wednesday, 15th with a match between the Young Stars FC and Lampard LamaTicos (LMT), a match which ended in a 2-2 draw tie between the both teams
Present in the First day were; Village head and security with hundreds of Iso-bendeghe sons and daughters.
However, the second day of the tournament on Friday, 17th July had an exciting game between Future Hope United and Young Juventus which also ended in a 0-0 draw.
