The Chairman Boki Peace Reconciliation Committee and Security Committee, Pastor John Ewa have successfully reconciled Boje and Iso-bendeghe Boundary Dispute crisis.

This was during joint peace committee meeting held on Tuesday August 20th with representative from the disputing Communities and menders of the Boki Reconciliation Committee.

In a statement signed by 5 technical committee members from each community comprising of their clan heads, clearly stated the following;

"We the undersigned signatories un behalf of Boje and Iso-bendeghe Communities and having agreed in our meeting of August 20th 2019. Do hereby resolve as follows:

1. That for peace to prevail between the two communities, there should be a demacation in the disputed land of Afi Forest reserve.

2. That the boundary agreed upon is at the Akim-Akim or Ejorgejorge stream in the reserve Forest to Afi River.

3. States the signatories from both Communities (screenshot below)
