After Many Years of Conflict, Two Warring Communities In Boki local government area, Beebo and Okwabang have on 29th June 2019 reconciled and reunited to live together in peace.

The reconciliation meeting which was hosted by the Paramount Ruler of Boki HRM Otu F Akandu (JP) had the both communities interact, eat together, play together and kept both communities happy at the end of the day.
The Okwabang and Beebo Communities who have been engaged in several wars claiming lots of lives recently had come together again to live harmoniously
The Peace movement was championed by Rev. Fr. Ferdy Omah, also HH Otu Paul Eden, who chaired the peace panel, Clan heads and chiefs of both communities who all made the peace process a success.
