Cameroonian refugees in Boki local government area in Cross River State were first to benefit sewing machines from The Ayah Foundation, to train and empower them at the end of their course. The foundation in its objective to empower over 500girls/women refugees in Nigeria, believe this will go a long way to enable them to be dependent on themselves.  

The Foundation is profoundly appreciative to BFU Bamenda Family Union Portland Oregon in collaboration with the Suh Ndamukong's Foundation.

According to the organization, This empowerment project will be carried out alongside others (yet to commence) involving ICT, barbing, hairdressing, etc....
