The Blessed Centre Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools, Okundi Boki LGA had their annual Inter-House Sports competition on Wednesday the 10th of April, 2019.

It was full of fun and exciting activities ranging from track to field events. The programme commenced at about 11am with the Chairman of The Education Board, Mr Paul Nku, The Proprietor, Rev. Eleazar Otuson, The Chairman PTA, Pastor Hephzibah, the Chairman and Chairperson of the occasion was Dr. Friday Inaku (represented by his wife) among others and lots of Prestonian parents.

The four houses kicked off the event with their colourful and breath taking parade. The house masters and mistresses were out looking very cute and beautiful. All the houses did extremely well in the march past. After this, the races started. Most of the athletics competition had been done during the heats. The races that took place on the D-day include 100m, 200m, 1500m.

There was also the sack race filling the basket game and many other exciting races. At the end of the day’s events, Blue house emerged winner of the year’s Inter-house sports competition, Green house came second, Red house came third and Yellow house came fourth. It was a very eventful day and everybody really enjoyed the various activities.
