An Easter Awareness: Failure Has Left Boki 1 Legislative Seat Empty - By Squad 5

From the inception of the legislative arm of government in Cross River State on 29th May 2018, Hon. Dr Itam Abang, member representing Boki 1 constituency in Cross River State House of Assembly has failed pitiably in her representation of the good people of the aforementioned constituency.

Dr. Itam Abang, an academia did a "Nicodemus fly"  over respected powers in the constituency and the people to become a member of CRSHA which of course is responsible for her 3years of abysmal failure and arrogant leadership haven been imposed on the people.

She started her legislative assignment not able to draw a line between class room lectures and representing the people. The lecturer turned politician treats her constituents with so much disrespect, anyway, its typical of most university lecturers who abuse little opportunities to impact knowledge in youths. Little wonder why her leadership is as naked and skeletal as it is? ...sad.

Three years down the line and the legislator Dr. Itam Abang has to her credit, an unfortunate Town Hall meeting held under palm trees with just 11 people in attendance across the five political wards in Boki 1. An embarrassment to the term "leadership". You can't represent a people you have zero love for, and expect even God to be pleased with you.

She, refers to her Constituency 11 colleague in Legislative business as a youth with less responsibilities to handle as an excuse for her superfluous, excessively conspicuous failures. They both earn the same allowances and hold the same mandate but, its very easy to distinguish a bird from a fly. The capacity and ability for both to fly do not necessarily give them same glory after all, one person can is flying higher.

Sitting Senators reply text messages and take calls but "almighty ineffective" Dr. Itam Abang will only take calls and reply messages when she is in crisis and is looking for free defense.

14 months from now, we shall breathe a fresh air, by then, the classroom will be well arranged for its former occupant Dr. Itam Abang to go about intimidating, insulting and Lording over students as typical of her character. This is the era of Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade who listens to the people and not godfathers. There shall be no IMPOSITION candidates in 2019.

This is the position of SQUAD 5, a political group from the five wards in Boki Constituency 1 geared towards sanitizing our dear constituency from all leaders with incurable character deficiency. The status quo must change.
